Enchantment Kids Fine Arts Learning Center is supported by the Owners and Director, who is required to have previous childcare center management experience, an appropriate degree and certifications to manage the center. The Director is responsible for the overall operation of the facility and emphasizes the best customer service practices. We pride ourselves on building personable relationships with our parents ensuring they have peace of mind while their child is in our care.
All of our Lead Teachers meet or exceed the state's requirements to work in early childhood; their education ranges from a CDA Credential to a Bachelor's Degree and multiple years of experience in a preschool setting. All Assistant Teachers have related experience and are typically working towards their degrees and or certification(s).
Each of our early childhood teachers goes through a series of background checks and detailed orientation and training prior to working in the classroom. The training includes in-depth training on state-specific rating requirements, child abuse and neglect, fire safety, childcare and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. In addition, all teachers are required to complete training in first aid and CPR.
